I've been where you are.
Stuck between who you've been and who you know you're meant to become. That in-between place is exactly where I do my best work.

years of inner work
I didn't plan to become a coach.
For years I was the person everyone else came to — for advice, for perspective, for a steady voice when things felt uncertain. I was good at helping others see themselves clearly. I just hadn't learned to do the same for myself.
Then came a season that changed everything. A career that looked successful from the outside but felt hollow on the inside. Relationships that drained more than they filled. A quiet, persistent feeling that I was living someone else's version of my life.
I did the work. The real work — not the kind that looks good on paper, but the kind that asks you to sit with hard questions and stay until you find honest answers. And on the other side of that, I found something I hadn't expected: clarity.
Intentionality changed how I moved.
Once I stopped moving through life based on what I was supposed to want and started being intentional about what I actually wanted, things began to shift. I became more mindful of my decisions, my boundaries, my relationships, and where I was placing my energy. It didn’t mean I always had everything figured out. It meant I stopped moving without purpose.
That shift became the foundation of AbrandNuVision. I trained as a coach to help others pause, get honest about where they are, and make intentional choices about where they’re going.
Because transformation isn’t just about knowing what you want. It’s about being intentional with what you do next.
What I believe
These aren't just principles I coach from. They're the ones I live by.
Clarity before action
Most people don't have a motivation problem — they have a clarity problem. When you know exactly what you want and why, action follows naturally.
Honesty over comfort
Real growth requires real honesty. I'll always tell you what I see, even when it's uncomfortable — because that's where the breakthroughs live.
You already have the answers
My job isn't to fix you or hand you a formula. It's to ask the questions that help you access what you already know but haven't yet trusted.
Progress, not perfection
Transformation isn't linear. I celebrate the messy middle as much as the milestone — because that's where the real work happens.
My coaching philosophy
You don't need more information. You need a clearer mirror.
I work from the belief that every person who comes to me is already whole — not broken, not lacking, not in need of fixing. What they need is space: space to think clearly, to hear themselves honestly, and to make decisions that are actually aligned with who they are.
My sessions are part conversation, part excavation. We go beneath the surface story to find what's really driving the patterns, the hesitations, the recurring stuck points. And then we build from there — with intention, with compassion, and with a clear-eyed view of what's actually possible.

A Discovery Session is the best first step — 60 minutes to get clear on where you are, where you want to be, and whether we're the right fit.
