I’ve often been the person people turn to when they need to talk things through—someone who will listen, offer honest perspective and care enough to ask the difficult question.
 

I also know what it feels like to need that support. I’ve experienced heartbreak, frustration and disappointment. I’ve made mistakes and had to take responsibility for my own choices. Learning to set boundaries and show up for myself has changed how I show up for others.
 

As a wife, mother, leader and mentor, I understand that we carry different responsibilities while still trying to make room for ourselves. That understanding shapes how I coach: with empathy, directness, intention and accountability.
